1.To prevent misuse, the Company retains user information for one year after account deletion. Deleted accounts cannot re-register with the same username. Permanently suspended accounts will not have their information removed.

2.Accounts inactive for one year will be classified as dormant, and their information will be securely stored separately from active accounts.

3.Information required for legal compliance will be retained according to applicable laws.
