[Chapter 1: General Provisions]
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the basic terms and conditions, such as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Minoworks (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users, as well as the procedures for using Minoworks’ website and all related services (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) with a unified ID and password.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1.“Site” refers to the virtual business location established by the Company using computers or other information communication equipment to provide goods and services to users. It also refers to the websites operated by the Company where services can be accessed with a unified member account (ID and password), specifically including Minoworks (www.minoworks.net). Additionally, the term may be used to mean the business operator of the Site.
2.“Member” refers to a customer who accesses the Site, agrees to these Terms and Conditions, and receives an ID (unique number) and password. Membership qualifications and rights are managed separately for each Site.
3.“ID (Unique Number)” refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service usage.
4.“Password” refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member to protect their confidentiality.
Terms not defined in this Article shall follow relevant laws and service-specific guidelines.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
1.These Terms and Conditions apply to all users who wish to use the Services, including members who have joined the Services.
2.These Terms and Conditions take effect once posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to members.
3.The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary. In such cases, changes will be announced immediately in the same manner as stated in Clause 2. Important changes affecting user rights or obligations will be notified at least 7 days in advance.
4.Members who do not agree to the amended terms may stop using the Services and terminate the agreement. Failure to terminate the agreement within 30 days after notification of the changes will be deemed as agreement to the amended terms.
5.The Company may have separate terms, rules, or detailed usage guidelines for specific services, which will take precedence over these Terms and Conditions in the event of a conflict.
Article 4 (Supplementary Provisions)
Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall follow applicable laws, separate terms provided by the Company, and detailed usage guidelines related to the Services.
[Chapter 2: Use of Services]
Article 5 (Membership Registration Procedure)
1.Membership registration is completed when a user expresses agreement to these Terms and Conditions and the Company’s privacy policy and provides the requested information to complete the registration application.
2.The Company assumes that all information provided during registration is truthful. If a member provides false information, they may lose protection under the law and be held responsible for any resulting disputes or damages. The Company may also restrict their use of the Services.
Article 6 (Approval and Rejection of Membership Applications)
1.The Company will approve membership applications unless there are special circumstances.
2.The Company may reject or defer approval in the following cases:
•If personal information of another individual is used to apply for membership
•If false, omitted, or incorrect information is provided
•If the applicant was previously disqualified under these or other terms
•If there are operational or technical issues
•Any other cases objectively deemed necessary by the Company
Article 7 (Changes to Member Information)
Members can update or modify their personal information at any time through the Site or Services.
Article 8 (Withdrawal and Disqualification of Members)
1.Members may request withdrawal at any time through the Site or customer service, and the Company will process the withdrawal immediately.
2.The Company may restrict or disqualify membership in cases such as:
•Providing false information during registration
•Misusing another person’s ID, password, or personal information
•Failing to fulfill obligations related to the Services
•Damaging the reputation or causing harm to others through the Services
•Engaging in illegal or unethical activities as prohibited by these Terms
Article 9 (Minoworks License Policy)
1.Purchasing a product does not grant ownership; it grants a Minoworks license.
2.Users may utilize licensed products within the scope of their specific license type (e.g., Educational License, Business License).
3.Licenses cannot be transferred or rented to others.
4.Users can access updates within the download period of the license.
5.Licenses remain valid after the update period ends, but renewal is required for additional updates.
6.The Company is not responsible for damages caused by the use of licensed products.
7.Violating license terms may result in immediate cancellation and legal action.
Article 10 (Refund Policy)
1.License refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
2.Refunds for custom development projects are only possible before work begins. Free coupons or tickets are non-refundable.
3.Refunds must be requested through “My Page > Refund Request.” Processing times vary depending on the payment method.
[Chapter 3: Obligations]
Article 11 (Company’s Obligations)
1.The Company strives to provide stable and continuous services in accordance with these Terms.
2.The Company shall ensure a secure system to protect user information.
Article 12 (Disclaimer)
1.The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war).
2.The Company is not responsible for damages caused by maintenance or unavoidable issues.
3.The Company is not liable for losses arising from user errors or negligence.
Article 13 (Member’s Obligations)
1.Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.
2.Members must notify the Company immediately if their ID or password is misused.
Article 14 (Prohibited Actions)
1.Members must not engage in actions such as:
•Providing false information
•Impersonating the Company
•Infringing on copyrights or harming others

Article 15 (Dispute Resolution)
1.The Company will handle legitimate complaints or feedback through a designated system.
2.In case of unresolved complaints, the Company will inform the user of reasons and timelines for resolution.
Article 16 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
1.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2.Disputes shall be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
